|Recommended: YesI really appreciate the maintenance in Westgate especially Wayne and Will the replaced our toilet today because the realized it was out dated and got right on it they were even nice enough to do it around a time we were available to home for the process there also always very nice and conversational.
After living here for 5 years now I still really enjoy and appreciate everyone that works out here and is apart of the Westgate community thank you again for all your hard work. -

|Recommended: YesOld but gold — I have lived at Westgate in the past and chose to move back in again for a good reason The staff. Any and all issues that I have had here has always been addressed, and the staff have worked with me to solve any and all problems with understanding and flexibility. The neighborhood is a bit rough but inside the complex it is perfectly fine.

|Recommended: YesSo far so good — We just moved into our home we’ve had a few minor issues but the lovely ladies office staff and the maintenance guys Wayne specifically does a great job. They handle and fix the problem right away, keep up the good work. ☺️

|Recommended: YesSince I moved to Champaign IL, I’ve only rented with Westgate. The staff is absolutely friendly from the front office, to the gatehouse attendants, down to maintenance. Very fast with communication whether it’s calling the office or a simple email Any time I had an issue it was resolved hell I even got a new toilet in my previous unit lol . Lastly, the property manager Kelly works with you as long as you communicate. I wouldn’t say parking is limited just come home before night time because that’s when everyone is home Never had a noise issue unless you’re directly in front of the warehouse but nothing you’ll even notice. loved living here

|Recommended: YesWestgate apartment living — I have absolutely loved living at this place. From staff to other residents everyone is so friendly and respectful. Staff is quick to address any questions or concerns I have. If you need maintenance it is easy to put in the request and they usually come that day or the next following business day and always super friendly. This is my first time living on my own and I will definitely enjoy living here again
