|Recommended: YesStaff is friendly and I feel safe. — If someone asked about my experience at Westgate apartments I would say its a friendly place, people are nice. Apartments are nice inside enough room and quit when you are trying to sleep. Gives you well notices about what is happening. For example if their is a boiler order or etc.
|Recommended: YesIt’s good for a temporary place — Maintenance and office is extremely nice and quick. Neighbors are pretty loud and just let there kid run around the whole building. People never close the building door either. It’s mostly about getting lucky and getting good neighbors.

|Recommended: YesI Love living here at Westgate Apartments — I would tell them that it is a good family living complex to live in the property staff, maintenance staff, are wonderful personable and understanding with their residents, which is a major plus so I absolutely would refer a friend to live in our safe community

|Recommended: YesOne of the better apartment complexes in Champaign — It is pretty nice here. The management keeps the place clean and maintenance is very quick and accurate. You can always find a parking spot, although not always anywhere near where you live, which can get annoying occasionally. The apartments are bug-free and the neighbors are generally friendly.
|Recommended: YesFriendly and knowledgeable staff with affordable housing and a gated community — I moved here a few months ago, and from the minute I started looking at moving here, the staff have been nothing short of friendly and helpful to me. There's almost always multiple empty parking spaces near my apartment so that if I have a friend or two over, there's ample room for them to park. Even though I live beneath another tenant, I can only ever hear them if they're running outside through the hallway. Other than that, I haven't been able to hear a thing from the neighbors. The maintenance staff do an excellent job keeping the landscaping and whatnot looking great at all times. I haven't had any issues with the apartment itself, either. The quality of everything in it is excellent, and the layout is perfect for what I need. The maintenance staff are also almost always ready to come over and fix any problems that may pop up. Our refrigerator broke a week or two ago, and maintenance was over and had the problem fixed in less than 45 minutes after I called them. Out of all the apartments I looked at before settling on Westgate, these were significantly higher quality for the same price or cheaper than the others. Could not recommend it enough.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I have lived at Westgate for almost three years, and I'm very happy with the experience. The apartments here are very reasonably priced, but there is no sacrifice in quality. The entire staff is exceptional, and the grounds are always well maintained. When I was searching for apartments the other options in this price range didn't compare. It has been a great three years here. I would recommend Westgate to anyone looking for an apartment.
